We are so excited to have you join us for classes and lessons! Each of our areas have separate tuition pricing. Dance Tuition & Fees 2025-26

 There is a $49.50 Registration fee per family per year due upon initial enrollment.

Dance Tuition Scale Per Family – Number of hours per week.

The dance tuition scale is based on number of hours of dance class hours by family members per week and is due monthly. No additional discounts may be applied. Tuition is based on session enrollment and broken into monthly installments for your convenience. Please scroll down to review Recital Fees. Participation in our Christmas performance and Annual Recital is not mandatory but it recommended and encouraged. Please reach out with any questions.

Dance Class Dress Code

Creative Movement, Pre-Ballet, Ballet IA & Ballet IB – Students are to wear pink tights, pink leotards, pink split sole ballet shoes & hair in a bun pulled off the face.

Ballet IC, Ballet I, II, III & IV – Students are to wear pink tights, pink split sole ballet shoes & black leotards & hair pulled up in a bun.

Jazz – Leotard, tights, jazz pants or bike shorts. Must be sung fitting so instructor can give appropriate corrections. Tan split sole Jazz shoes. No bra tops please or short shorts.

Tap – Leotard, tights, jazz pants or bike shorts. Must be sung fitting so instructor can give appropriate corrections. Black patent tap shoes for younger classes & low heel oxford style for older classes.

Hip-Hop – Leotard, tights, jazz pants or bike shorts or shorts. Must be sung fitting so instructor can give appropriate corrections. Black split sole jazz shoes. No bra tops please or short shorts.

Boys – Ballet – White t-shirt & black shorts or dance pants & black ballet shoes. Tap – comfortable clothes & black boys tap shoes Contemporary & Jazz – t-shirt & black shorts or dance pants barefoot for contemporary & jazz shoes for Jazz (please email or ask director regarding shoe color)

No dangling jewelry or bringing toys or other distractions in class please.  Thank you!

 

Music Tuition 2025-26

Music Tuition

Private Music Lessons- $152 – 4 lesson month, $190 for a 5 week month. There is a Round Robin option for 30 minutes of instruction in 2 areas. This is an option for our younger students. Please note students can opt to take an hour lesson. Please note lessons are pro-rated each month based on the number of lessons in the month. We do not charge for music lessons during breaks when we are closed. *See studio policies below on makeup lesson guidelines. Please scroll down to review Recital Fees. Musical Theater

Our Musical Theater class meets weekly and performs a scene in our Annual Christmas Performance and performs a musical in the Spring. Previous years the class has performed ‘The Lion King Kids’ and ‘Finding Nemo Kids’.  Tuition is billed monthly and is $88 per month. There is a Costume/Backdrop fee of $50 per child and Musical Theater students are charged the recital fee.

Acting Private Lessons

Private 30 min lessons are $40 per lessons. Lessons are scheduled to meet weekly and it is a monthly commitment. Please email or text us with any questions or to request scheduling.  We do offer coaching for auditions, upcoming roles etc. Please contact us for scheduling and availability.

 

Text Box: Spring Recital There is a Spring Recital fee of $129 per family which includes 1 student - each additional sibling is an additional $35. The recital fee is non-refundable. The recital fee pays for the venue, lighting, sound and venue staff that it takes to put together a wonderful performance experience for your child. The fee can be broken into 2 or 4 payments upon request. There are no additional ticket charges & each family will receive 1 commemorative t-shirt. Additional t-shirts will be available for purchase. Parents will be emailed and notified when recital charges will be posted and given payment options. The Recital is May 31, 2026. Recital fees and deposit information due dates will be emailed & posted. • Dance Classes ONLY – There is a costume deposit of $50 per class and is applied toward purchasing your child’s costume for our Spring Performance. This deposit is non- refundable. It will be charged at the end of October or when the students enrolls if after October. Measurements will begin to be taken in November so that we can get the best price and costume options for our students. The total costume amount is typically between $80 - $95 per costume. We also use costumes in our costume closet at times. If we use a costume that the studio owns, we ask that you have it professionally dry cleaned before its return. Please attach the cleaning receipt to the costume for proof of cleaning. If it is damaged, you will be charged for it to be repaired. If the costume is beyond repair, you will be charged to replace that item. • Musical Theater ONLY – There is a $50 costume/prop fee per student that will go toward making the costumes and props for the musical theater performance.

 

Studio General Policies & General Info for All Areas

  • Monthly Tuition is due on or before the 1st day of each month and is considered late after the 5th of each month. Automatic charge with a credit card on file is now required.   • Dance – If you are sick we do allow a makeup class. No refunds or credits are given for missed classes, however as a courtesy, students can choose a make-up class that is considered suitable by the instructor. Please communicate with us via email to inquire about a make-up time for a missed class.  Any makeup class must be completed within a month of the absence.  We do not offer makeup classes when we are closed for holidays. Holidays are built into our schedule.  Please email us if you would like to schedule a makeup class. We do not offer refunds for missing class.

 

  • Music – If you are sick and call or email us in advance of your lesson time we will try and find a makeup time that works for both the student and instructor. We reserve the right to have a substitute instructor without notice to the student due to instructor illness or another matter. If there is a no show by the student with no prior notice then, there will be no refund of the lesson and no makeup lesson will be allowed.

 

  • Tuition will continue to be charged unless written email notification is emailed to info@lknperform.com that a student is discontinuing classes. Please notify us in advance via email to info@lknperform.com when discontinuing classes.  Tuition will continue to be charged until we receive a notice via email. Please note that tuition is charged monthly and we do not pro-rate for dropping a class once monthly tuition has been charged.

 

  • We follow the CMS schedule for inclement weather. If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather there will NOT be a make-up dance or acting class. Students may take another class on our schedule to make-up that time but their particular class may not be made up.

 

  • We are open for teacher workdays.

 

  • If you decide to not pursue lessons after a couple of classes, you are still responsible for the entire payment of the month. Please notify us via email to drop a class before the 1st of the month when tuition is charged. See details above.

Substitutions

We reserve the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or otherwise unable to teach classes. If a teacher is ill and we are not able arrange a substitute any missed classes will be made up.

Dance Ensemble

This is are our performance group and meets for rehearsal. They perform at local festivals and events, at our Christmas  & our Spring Performance as well.  Students are considered for the Ensemble at the beginning of each fall session. This group is for serious & committed students that love to dance and want more performance opportunities.  This is a privilege and should be treated as such.  Students are invited to participate based on attitude and the discipline exhibited in class on a consistent basis.  We have a lot of fun and work hard, we do have additional rehearsals at times and parties as well. There is no charge for Ensemble & please note rehearsal time is not counted as a class.

 

Dance class is education and fun, however, an important part of class work is developing an attitude of discipline and respect for teachers and fellow students. We trust that following our classroom etiquette will provide an environment whereby classes at LKN Perform will be a pleasure for everyone!

**Please bring a water bottle & only water is allowed in the dance classroom. Students should bring water bottles with a lid.
